ESI is governed by a board of directors elected by our parent company, American Share Insurance (ASI). Our board sets company policy and develops business strategies and action plans.

Meet the team that has helped ESI reach unprecedented success.

	Libby Calderone Ms. Calderone is the President and CEO of Earthmover Credit Union in Aurora, Illinois, and is a member of Credit Union Executives Society (CUES). She serves as a Director of the Illinois Credit Union League Service Corporation (LSC), a member of the American Share Insurance Advisory Council and a committee member of Alloya Corporate Credit Union. Ms. Calderone is a past recipient of the Illinois CUES Financial Officer of the Year, and is an active volunteer in her community. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
	James Miles Mr. Miles is the President and CEO of MidUSA Credit Union in Middletown, Ohio. He serves on the Board of Directors of Collaborative Business Services (CBS) and several non-profit organizations including the Middletown Area Senior Citizen's Center. Mr. Miles was an inaugural member of the prestigious Filene I3 as well as a member of Credit Union Executives Society (CUES), a graduate of its CEO Institute and is a member of the American Share Insurance Advisory Council. He is a graduate of Miami University.
	Dennis R. Adams, CPA, CFP Mr. Adams, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner, is President and CEO of Excess Share Insurance (ESI) and its parent company, American Share Insurance (ASI). Previously he served as ASI's Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Risk Management from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Adams has been an adjunct instructor and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He has been involved in the credit union movement since 1976.
	Curt Robson, CPA Mr. Robson is the Corporate Secretary/Treasurer of ESI. A Certified Public Accountant since 1979, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from The Ohio State University and a Master of Arts degree in Economics (Financial Economics) from Ohio University. Mr. Robson is also the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer of American Share Insurance. He has served the financial institutions industry since 1977.
